We coach legal professionals to proactively identify and package risks in intelligible format. This means covering all material downside, leverage and exit events, and maintaining clear lines of client communication to learn about transaction context and permutations.

Establishing this standard of communication not only facilitates good advice; it leads to additional work on a cross-sector basis given the value clients attach to culture parity.
